Dallas based fashion designer, Raul ‘Rulli’ Torres is hosting fashion week to showcase his latest collection, as well as provide a platform for the next generation of fashion designers to present their collections and create opportunity. Raul, who has shown his collections in both Dallas and New York, hopes to challenge the industry standard and collaborate with other fashion industry professionals to celebrate the beauty of original design and trend transcendence.
