Make the Most of Spring Break with Extended Hours  Friday, March 13 through Sunday, March 22.

Families searching for exciting and educational ways to spend Spring Break in Dallas can explore ten days of discovery at the Perot Museum of Nature and Science. The museum celebrates the season with hands-on science experiences, interactive exhibits, and engaging activities for visitors of all ages.

During the Spring Break celebration, guests explore the worlds of science, technology, engineering, and nature through special programming designed to spark curiosity and creativity. Fascinating demonstrations and interactive learning stations invite visitors to experiment, ask questions, and experience discovery firsthand.

Featured Exhibition: Soccer Science in Action

A highlight of this year’s Spring Break lineup is the exciting exhibition Soccer: More Than a Game, which examines the global sport through science, technology, culture, and human performance. Visitors step into the world of soccer to explore the physics behind powerful kicks, the biomechanics of elite athletes, and the data science that helps analyze gameplay.

Spring Break at the Perot Museum inspires curiosity and creativity while giving families an educational and entertaining way to spend time together. Immersive exhibits, dynamic displays, and special seasonal activities continue to make the museum one of Dallas’ premier destinations for science education and family fun.

Hands-On STEM Activities Throughout the Museum

Guests can explore everything from the history of ancient animals to the wonders of distant galaxies throughout the museum’s exhibit halls. Hands-on STEM activities located throughout the museum enhance the experience while highlighting the science behind soccer and celebrating Soccer: More Than a Game. Activities include:

    Bio Lab – Level 2
Grab a lab coat and perform hands-on experiments that explore living bacteria, color-changing reactions, and DNA.

ChallENGe Lab – Level 2Flex your creative muscles through art, engineering, and technology programming, including using 3D technology to build a model soccer stadium.

    Art Lab – Lower Level
Young explorers can visit the Moody Family Children’s Museum for self-guided creative art activities designed especially for children.

Spring Break remains one of the museum’s most popular times of the year, so visitors should plan ahead. Guests can find tickets and additional programming information on the museum’s website here.
