Mountain View College received a $202,668 Skills Development Fund job-training grant from the Texas Workforce Commission

Mountain View College welcomed Tom Pauken, TWC Chairman and Commissioner Representing Employers to announce a $202,668 Skills Development Fund job-training grant from the Texas Workforce Commission on October 21, 2011.

“This will give an opportunity to people that likes to work with their hands to improve their skills and be successful”, said Pauken.

Partners include John Martinez, President Regional Hispanic Contractors Association and partnering employers from the Regional Hispanic Contractors Association: Environmental Lighting Services, Azteca Enterprises Omega Contracting- Incorporated, Ruiz Protective Services Incorporated and Ponce Contractors-Incorporated.
