DART is offering free rides for one full week beginning Jan. 24, 2022, until end of service on Jan. 30, 2022, to celebrate the launch of the New Bus Network.
Additionally, DART will also offer 50% off full-price fares purchased with any contactless payment option for two weeks, from Jan. 31, 2022, until end of service on Feb. 14, 2022. The half-price promotion does not include a discount on reduced fares.
DART’s New Bus Network goes into effect on Jan. 24, 2022. Some key improvements include better accessibility, improved frequency, and longer hours of operation.
The fare promotional period from Jan. 24, 2022 through Feb. 14, 2022 includes the entire DART Service Area and all transit services including buses, rail, TRE (between EBJ Union Station and CentrePort/DFW Airport Station), GoLink, Dallas Streetcar, and Paratransit Services.
Contactless payment validators are located on the platforms at rail stations, on board DART buses, and on Dallas Streetcar vehicles. Contactless payment options include but are not limited to GoPass App, GoPass Tap, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and Fitbit Pay.
