SHOBOY EN LA MANANA TO BROADCAST LIVE FROM 40 FEET IN THE AIR FOR 12 STRAIGHT HOURS DURING MEGA VOTER REGISTRATION CHALLENGE
Dallas/Fort Worth – Mega 107.5 FM’s Shoboy en La Manana will broadcast live from atop a 40-foot lift at 7901 Carpenter Freeway (near Mockingbird Lane) in Dallas from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 25 in support of the Mega Voter Registration Challenge.
Representatives from the non-partisan, non-profit organization Voto Latino will be at the broadcast location with voter registration information and will register potential voters online. In addition, representatives will be available the same day in various other locations across North Texas, including shopping malls and schools, to register new voters. A list of these locations, as well as information on how to volunteer is available online at Mega1075.com.
“I’m excited to come together with hundreds of Mega volunteers and Votolatino.org to challenge our community to register to vote on Tuesday, Sept. 25th,” Sotelo said, “and to have an impactful voice in this year’s elections for our great country.
