HWNT hosts 9th Annual ArtSi at the Rose Marine Theatre

If you’re a lover of art, make sure you head out to Fort Worth this Saturday August 31st   at 6PM, as the Hispanic Women’s Network of Texas-Fort Worth Chapter hosts their 9th Annual ArtSi, an art show and silent auction. This event will take place at the historic Galeria de la Rosa, Rose Marine Theatre. ArtSi is the leading fundraiser that supports scholarships for graduates of the Latinas in Progress Educational Series.

ArtSi will showcase over 75 pieces from local, national and international artists. One special piece that will be featured is, Las Pulseras. This piece demonstrates the nature of women at work and all of the power that is held within that dynamic. This beautiful creation was made by the amazing printmaker Linda Lucia Santana.

Last year, artists and silent auction donations helped 45 Latinas students receive more than $162,000 to attend public and private colleges.
