Supporting our well-being during difficult times

Cara Mia Theater supports our well-being during difficult times.

Join Executive Artistic Director David Lozano for a 30-minute opportunity to calm the mind, center attention on the present moment and connect with your authentic self.
David will guide viewers via Facebook Live through a process that he uses for preparing actors for performance. These performance tools may help individuals reduce stress and improve one’s capacity for mental clarity during stressful times.
For non-performers and performers. FREE TO ALL.

Session 2 – Thursday, April 23, 12 pm, 30 minutes
