Experience the joy of creating your very own opera performance! Puccini travels to the LCC via TDOinaSuitcase; this 45-minute interactive program brings a suitcase full of visual arts projects and music activities designed to engage the imaginations of children of all ages. Sharing some of the more spectacular pieces from their extensive collection, TDO teachers help participants create fun-filled props and costumes that will actually be used to re-enact a scene from Puccini’s La Bohème. This engaging program is the perfect introduction to opera and offers a unique perspective on all the creative work that goes into the planning and production of a professional performance at the TDO.
