Dallas Opens Various Restaurants Around the City

Dallas has always been known for its restaurant scene. This month, we’ve seen quite a few joints open its doors. Here is a list of top restaurants you might want to hit this weekend!

CINCO TACOS COCINA- Addison

On Thursday, February 4, LaZaranda, or now called Cinco Tacos Cocina, had its re-launch celebration. Cinco Tacos has kept its key dishes from long-timer LaZaranda but has incorporated more selections of everyone’s favorite Mexican antojitos, TACOS! THE ORIGINAL PANCAKE HOUSE- Irving

Owners Mark Davis Bailey and Jonathan Seyoum, on Saturday, February 6, presented to the public the new The Original Pancake House located in Irving. You may now call this place home. Or at least you could every Saturday morning! The Original Pancake House marks its territory in Irving, TX with its riquisimos pancakes, and waffles, and crepes. Are you drooling yet?!

MATCHBOX- Dallas

Matchboxfoodgroup announced the opening of matchbox American kitchen + spirit on Monday, February 29. This is the first restaurant in Texas by Washington-DC based matchboxfoodgroup. The matchbox menu has something for just about everyone including fresh salads, Angus burgers and signature artisanal pizzas.

DUGG BURGER- Plano

There is a party at Dugg Burger! They just turned 1 on February 15! The restaurant celebrated Washington’s Birthday and their birthday with a $1 Bread Pudding at Dugg Burger, located at Casa Linda Plaza. Made from the dug-out parts of the bun and topped with warm caramel sauce.

In addition, Dugg Burger also announced the opening of its second location in Texas, coming this March in Plano, TX.
