Los documentos básicos que deberán presentar para realizar los trámites son:
1.- Original de Acta de nacimiento
2- Identificación oficial vigente. El nombre en la identificación debe coincidir con el nombre que aparece en el acta de nacimiento.
3.- Comprobante de domicilio a su nombre.
4.- En caso de Pasaportes 2 fotografías tamaño pasaporte, de frente y el fondo blanco.
*Deberá presentar documentos originales y 1 copia tamaño carta por ambos lados.
