Dallas, TX- On Thursday, June 28, 2012 from 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m., Mountain View College, located at 4849 West Illinois Ave., Dallas TX 75211 in partnership with the Dallas County Community College Diversity Office will host the 2012 Supplier Diversity and Innovative Small Business Conference for the North Texas area. The conference will kick-off with a message from Coach Ken Carter, renowned basketball coach, motivational speaker and business owner. Sandra Rowe, Assistant Director Regional Acquisitions, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation will provide the luncheon keynote address. Sandra’s career in the financial and banking industry spans over 32 years beginning with her position as head of mortgage banking operations for a small bank in Paris, Texas. For 20 years Ms. Rowe has served in various leadership roles at the FDIC. She was recently promoted to the position of Assistant Director in the Acquisition Services Branch, with responsibility for both national and regional procurements.
