The Women’s Business CenterFrost Bank and Dallas ISD Minority/Women Enterprise have teamed up to help you learn the seven components to a business plan. Why write a business plan?

  • The thought you put in before writing a plan, forces you to take an objective, critical and unemotional look at your business.
  • Your business plan is an operating tool that will help you manage your business.
  • A business plan communicates your ideas to others and provides the basis for your financing proposal.

This session will help you make sure that the different parts of your business plan make sense, that they support each other coherently and that they will leave the reader with a concise, convincing statement that the business is feasible.
