Master Real Estate Skills to Maximize Your Impact and Income at I Connect Real Estate 2020

It is no surprise that Texas is one of the fastest growing states in the nation and will continue to grow in the coming years. The DFW Metroplex is at the forefront of this movement due to the region’s strong job market and international appeal which help to attract companies and employees from around the world. As our population grows, so will the demand on housing from new renters, home buyers, and investors. They come from diverse cultures many times separated not only by national origin but also across multiple generations.

This exciting trend places the REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY in an ideal position to greatly IMPACT and UNITE our neighbors and the community. Real Estate professionals are often the first to meet new residents before they make the transition into a neighborhood. This places local professionals in a unique opportunity to connect residents to their new neighbors and community on a deeper level.

Currently, there are no formal requirements for real estate professionals to participate in diversity training preparing them for the influx of multicultural residence expected to move into DFW over the next 30 years.  Without this training, real estate professionals may be inhibited in the impact they would otherwise be able to provide their clients.

Local group, I-Connect Texas, is helping to bridge this gap by providing a forum in which we may celebrate our differences while encouraging continued growth in our communities. On Thursday, February 20, 2020 community influencers, organizations, and industry professionals gather for a special event at the National Multicultural Western Heritage Museum in Fort Worth, Texas.

This event is the first of its kind in the region which reaches a diverse group of residents, real estate professionals, business owners, educators and community leaders. International award-winning speakers join a multicultural panel of experts to provide an interactive training in both English and Spanish simultaneously. The purpose of this training is to help professionals better connect with their clients and the community. Special role play sessions are woven into the curriculum so that attendees retain the maximum benefit of these exciting tools.

Speakers include authors Dr. Betty Uribe, Master Negotiator and Miguel Martin, Performance Coach in addition to special panel guests Jim Austin, Founder of the National Multicultural Western Heritage Museum and Claudia Herrmann, founder of AMEP Foundation (Asociacion de Mujeres Empresarias y Profesionales Foundation) amongst other business owners and real estate professionals.

In order to provide maximum impact, the training is free to attend. Limited number of VIP ticket offering reserved seating, a hardcover book by Dr. Betty Uribe, #Values, and access to the networking mixer are available for purchase

Rebecca Flores Castro event producer states “The key mission of this event is to create a platform for real estate professionals and businesses to embrace and interact with our neighbors while intentionally being a catalyst for unity within our communities.
