French Toast hasn’t been the healthiest of all meals. But on waytoenliven.com, we found a healthy recipe that your kiddos will love. Spread a mashed banana on a slice of wheat bread. Use another slice of bread and place on the top. Then dip it into a mixture of nonfat milk, egg and cinnamon. Make sure it soaks well. Fry it on a skillet until medium brown. Then bake for 10 minutes. Enjoy!

3-Mango & Berry Swirl Smoothie

For those days on the run, make them a smoothie. These are known to give them their needed energy. In a blender mixed 2 cups of frozen mango with ½ cup of milk and 1 tbsp of honey. Make sure it has a thick consistency. Set aside. Then blend 2 cups of frozen berries with 1 tbsp of honey and 1 cup of water. Also, make sure it has a thick consistency. In a cup, pour 1 inch of mango smoothie then 1 inch of the berry smoothie. Top it off with a small layer of berry smoothie. Swirl it with a straw and enjoy!
